Os veículos automotores serão vendidos no estado e condições em que se encontrarem, em funcionamento ou não,
descabendo, pois, a respeito deles, qualquer reclamação posterior quanto às suas qualidades interiores e exteriores.

MASTER HALL (GO), Fone (62) 3249-9800, nos dias 08, 09 e 10 de Dezembro de 2021, com início às 09:00 horas.

DA DATA, HORÁRIO E LOCAL DA VISITAÇÃO
Os interessados deverão examinar os lotes do ANEXO, do dia 01 ao dia 07 de Dezembro das 08:00 às 12:00 e da 14:00 ás 17:00, na Avenida Militar Q Area L Lt A, Jardim Guanabara – Goiânia ou pelos sites www.leilomaster.com.br e
www.detran.go.gov.br , onde serão apresentadas fotografias (MERAMENTE ILUSTRATIVAS) dos veículos, ficando os
mesmos cientes das reais condições dos veículos.
Será permitida apenas a avaliação visual, sendo vedado quaisquer outros procedimentos como manuseio,
experimentação e retirada de peças.

DAS CONDIÇÕES DE PARTICIPAÇÃO
Poderão participar da presente licitação para os lotes de VEÍCULOS RECUPERÁVEIS: pessoas físicas e jurídicas e para
os lotes de SUCATA APROVEITÁVEL pessoas jurídicas, devidamente inscritas no CPF/CNPJ, do Ministério da Fazenda,
conforme o caso, possuidores de documento de identidade, maiores de 18 anos, ou seus procuradores, desde
que munidos de instrumento público ou particular de mandato, ou cópia devidamente autenticada em cartório.
Poderão participar do leilão de veículos considerados SUCATAS aproveitáveis e aproveitáveis com motor inservível,
somente as pessoas jurídicas cujo objeto social seja a desmontagem e o comércio de peças e acessórios usados de veículos
automotores e que estejam cadastrados nos DETRANs de origem ou no Estado de Goiás, nos termos da Lei
Estadual nº 19.262, de 20/04/2016.
Os interessados credenciarão perante o(a) Leiloeiro(a) Oficial com a apresentação dos seguintes documentos, sob pena
de nulidade do lance:
– PESSOA FÍSICA:
a) Cópia dos documentos pessoais e comprovante de endereço.
– PESSOA JURÍDICA:
a) Termo de Credenciamento junto ao DETRAN da sua Unidade de Federação, autorizando a atuar no ramo de desmontagem
e comercialização de partes e peças usadas de veículos automotores terrestres;
b) Cópia do cartão de inscrição no CNPJ devidamente autenticado em cartório, dos atos constitutivos e alterações;
c) Inscrição estadual;
d) Cópias do comprovante de endereço e dos documentos pessoais de seu representante.
e) O estabelecimento deverá atender aos requisitos da Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos e demais legislações
ambientais, quanto aos resíduos oriundos do processo de desmontagem, e apresentar ao DETRAN-GO, junto com a
documentação pertinente para liberação de funcionamento, as licenças emitidas pelo Corpo de Bombeiros Militar do Estado
de Goiás e pelos órgãos ambientais competentes no âmbito estadual e municipal;
f) Observância dos demais requisitos da Portaria nº 708/2018/DETRAN e suas alterações.
