O Departamento Estadual de Trânsito do Ceará (Detran-CE) realizará mais um leilão público virtual, nos dias 28 e 29 de outubro, no município de Sobral. Serão ofertados 554 lotes, entre carros e motocicletas de diversos modelos, além de sucatas. Nesta quarta-feira, 27, será possível realizar visitação presencial, de 8h às 17h, no Pátio da Regional do órgão.
Os lances iniciais serão de R$ 300,00 para motos, e de R$ 3 mil para automóveis. Sucatas terão lance inicial de R$ 30,00 para motos e R$ 50,00 para carros. O leilão virtual acontecerá a partir das 10h do dia 28. Qualquer pessoa pode participar, seguindo os critérios dispostos no edital do certame. Entretanto, os lotes de sucata só podem ser arrematados por sucateiros (pessoa jurídica) cadastrados previamente no Detran-CE.
O leilão de número 71 incluirá veículos que foram apreendidos até junho de 2021 e que já estavam em procedimento de leilão. Para participar, os interessados devem se inscrever no site da Montenegro Leilões (www.montenegroleiloes.com.br), que também disponibiliza um bate-papo on-line para esclarecer dúvidas sobre o cadastro. Quem preferir, também poderá obter mais informações através do telefone: (85) 3066.8282.
Após o término do leilão e cumprido o prazo estabelecido, os arrematantes terão até 21 de janeiro de 2022 (ou adequado a decreto Governamental), para comparecer ao Detran-CE e efetuar procedimentos como emissão e pagamento das taxas, vistoria e transferência, ressaltando que as taxas devem ser pagas até 72h antes da data final.
O arrematante receberá o veículo adquirido sem nenhum débito anterior ao leilão, sendo de sua responsabilidade efetuar apenas o mesmo procedimento de um veículo comprado em concessionária, como taxa de transferência, confecção de placas, entre outros.
