Leilão acontece na quarta e quinta-feira; veja como participar
Acontece na próxima semana o primeiro leilão on-line do ano de veículos apreendidos no Pátio Municipal de Campinas.
Ao todo, serão 396 lotes, entre carros e motos, com e sem direito à documentação e materiais para sucatas e prensas. A organização é realizada pelo Detran (Departamento Estadual de Trânsito de São Paulo).
Na quarta-feira (12) serão leiloados veículos com direto à documentação. São 65 lotes, sendo 38 carros e 27 motos. Também serão leiloados 65 lotes em fim da vida útil, utilizados para desmonte (sucatas), sendo 64 carros e uma moto.
Já na quinta-feira (13), serão leiloados 266 lotes para prensa (usinagem), sendo 93 carros e 173 motos.
Nos dois dias, o leilão será de forma on-line. O interessado deve acessar o endereço eletrônico (clique aqui) e realizar o cadastro.
VISITAÇÃO
Os interessados poderão visitar os lotes que serão leiloados na terça-feira (11), das 8h até as 16h30, no Pátio. A entrada deve ser feita pela Rua Francisco Teodoro, s/nº, na Vila Industrial, ao lado do túnel de pedestres e em frente ao numeral 1.053.
Por conta das medidas para contenção da covid-19, os visitantes deverão aderir ao protocolo sanitário adotado, que prevê uso obrigatório de máscara de proteção, aferição da temperatura corporal antes da entrada no local e distanciamento entre os visitantes.
REGRAS
Poderão adquirir veículos com direito à documentação pessoas físicas, maiores de 18 anos, ou pessoas jurídicas. Já os veículos classificados nas modalidades sucata ou prensa poderão ser adquiridos apenas por pessoas jurídicas, devidamente credenciadas no Detran.
Segundo o Detran, todos os lotes serão vendidos no estado em que se encontram. “É assegurado o direito à visualização dos lotes, no dia e horário indicados. As fotos exibidas no site que realiza o leilão foram registradas no início do processo, podendo o estado de veículo ter sofrido danos na conservação, por conta da exposição ao tempo”, explica o órgão.
LEGISLAÇÃO
O artigo 328 do Código de Trânsito Brasileiro (CTB) prevê que o veículo apreendido ou removido, e não reclamado pelo proprietário dentro do prazo de 60 dias, será avaliado e levado a leilão (realizado preferencialmente por meio eletrônico). A gestão é do Detran/SP.
O Pátio Municipal de Recolhimento e Guarda de Veículos da Emdec recebe veículos que infringem a legislação de trânsito nas vias do município; bem como os abandonados em vias públicas e apreendidos na Operação Pancadão (Som Alto).
