É necessário um cadastro, que é gratuito, com posterior envio de documentos exigidos no edital para formalização da proposta. Servidores do Detran, familiares do leiloeiro, os antigos proprietários dos veículos e pessoas impedidas de tomar parte em licitações não podem participar.
