Participar de um leilão de carros é uma boa opção para se adquirir veículos a preços convidativos, mas é preciso ter cuidado para não cair em golpes feitos por sites falsos. O alerta vale ainda mais em meio à pandemia, que fez com que os eventos de arremate, em sua maioria físicos, se tornassem 100% digitais.
Em julho de 2020, conforme noticiado pela revista AutoEport, os pesquisadores do “dfndr lab“, laboratório de segurança digital da startup PSafe, já haviam identificado cerca de 819 sites maliciosos que promoviam leilões falsos. Juntos, eles teriam atingido pelo menos 52 mil brasileiros.

Vale saber também que alguns veículos foram recuperados em enchentes ou assaltos
É confiável comprar um carro em leilão online?
Essa é uma pergunta muito comum e costuma vir, principalmente, de pessoas que estão iniciando suas atividades neste segmento.
Isso porque comprar um carro mais barato que o preço sugerido é o sonho de muitos consumidores, mas até onde vale a pena?
O presidente da Associação dos Leiloeiros Oficiais do Estado de São Paulo (Aleoesp), Sérgio Villas Novas de Freitas, conta, em entrevista para o site Auto Esporte, que um veículo seminovo de até dois anos com quilometragem baixa pode alcançar um desconto de até 90% nos leilões.
Ele revela que mesmo que o veículo tenha alguns danos, a compra pode valer a pena, já que os gastos do reparo e taxas adicionais, o valor do investimento ainda pode sair abaixo da tabela.
