1.2. A disputa pelos lotes terá início às 09h do dia 13 de dezembro de 2021, começando
pelo lote 01 e sucessivamente até o lote 0462;
DA PARTICIPAÇÃO NO LEILÃO:
Poderão participar do presente leilão:
3.1. Pessoas físicas capazes, maiores de idade ou emancipadas, possuidoras de documentos de identidade, de CPF, e de comprovante de residência recente (03 meses), ou seus procuradores, desde que apresentem instrumentos de procuração, com firma reconhecida, comprovando serem seus representantes legais, para quaisquer lotes
documentáveis;
3.2. Pessoas jurídicas: devidamente inscritas no CNPJ e regulares junto ao INSS e Justiça do Trabalho, por meio de seus titulares, sócio administrador ou de seus procuradores, desde que apresentem instrumentos de procuração com a finalidade específica de participação no leilão, com firma reconhecida, comprovando serem seus representantes legais, por sócio dirigente, proprietário ou assemelhado com poderes bastantes. Os representantes das pessoas jurídicas devem apresentar o registro comercial, estatuto, contrato social, ato constitutivo, ata de fundação e demais documentos na forma da lei, conforme o enquadramento jurídico e tributário da participante e que satisfaçam as demais condições deste Edital, em consonância com a Lei nº 12.977/2014 e Resolução nº 611/2016 do
CONTRAN para quaisquer lotes;
3.3. Os arrematantes que pretendam adquirir lotes classificados como sucatas aproveitáveis
é necessário a comprovação do ramo de atividades de comércio de peças usadas, conforme
previsto na lei nº 12.977, de 2014;
3.4. Os interessados em participar do Leilão online deverão efetuar seus credenciamentos
de forma antecipada no site www.celsocunhaleiloes.com.br, observando as exigências
previstas para o cadastramento, que ocorrerá mediante o aceite das condições e termos de
uso do sistema e aprovação do cadastro;
