A Secretaria de Estado de Justiça e Segurança Pública (Sejusp) irá promover, dia 19 de abril, um leilão de bens apreendidos em operações de combate ao tráfico de drogas e outros crimes relacionados. Nesta edição serão leiloados dezenove veículos entre carros, motos e caminhão.
Dentre os veículos ofertados na nona edição do projeto estão um CHEVROLET / S10 ADVANTAGE – 2008, BMW X1 SDRIVE1.8I VL31 – 2011, FIAT STRADA ADVENTURE CD – 2010, HONDA CIVIC LXL – 2012, HONDA XR 250 TORNADO – 2001, SAVEIRO 1.6 CE CROSS – 2010, FORD FUSION FLEX – 2013,
A iniciativa faz parte do projeto “Esforço Concentrado para a Redução dos Bens Aguardando Destinação”, do Ministério da Justiça e Segurança Pública, via Secretaria Nacional de Políticas sobre Drogas (Senad), em parceria com o Governo de Minas Gerais, por meio da Sejusp.
Os lances para o leilão já estão abertos e podem ser realizados por meio deste site. Por ele, também é possível aos interessados obter informações sobre os itens e avaliar as respectivas fotos. Para quem desejar conhecer os bens pessoalmente, é necessário agendamento prévio por meio do site do leiloeiro, em horário comercial. A visitação ocorre no dia anterior à data do leilão. Os itens considerados recuperáveis podem voltar à circulação e têm direito à documentação. Os arrematantes são isentos de multas, encargos e tributos anteriores à aquisição. Já os bens alienados como sucatas irrecuperáveis só podem ser adquiridos por empresas de desmonte ou reciclagem, devidamente credenciadas em órgãos de trânsito.
Todos os recursos arrecadados serão aplicados em ações de redução da oferta e da demanda de substâncias ilícitas e em campanhas, estudos e capacitações relacionadas à temática das drogas, tais como programas de prevenção, atenção, cuidado, tratamento e reinserção social de usuários de drogas, programas de reaparelhamento e custeio de atividades de fiscalização, controle e repressão ao uso e ao tráfico ilícito de drogas e produtos controlados.

Para participar do leilão, os interessados devem realizar um cadastro na página nas opções de pessoa física ou pessoa jurídica no site, informando os dados de identificação e contato.
