Leilão Receita Federal do Paraná com 286 lotes entre Veículos e Eletrônico

A partir de hoje (10), a Receita Federal realiza o quarto leilão regional de mercadorias apreendidas no Paraná.

A população pode contar com 286 lotes que são compostos por veículos usados, celulares, videogame e outros eletroeletrônicos.

Os lances são realizados através de um sistema do Portal Central de Atendimento Virtual ao Contribuinte (e-CAC) e as propostas para este leilão podem ser apresentadas até a próxima segunda-feira (17).

Quem pode participar do leilão?

Todas as pessoas físicas e jurídicas têm acesso livre ao leilão, mas é importante saber que 186 lotes têm concorrência restrita apenas para as pessoas jurídicas.

Isso porque eles contêm mercadorias que podem ser destinadas à revenda ou usar de forma comercial.

Segundo informações da Receita Federal, as mercadorias têm valor estimado de R$ 31,2 milhões.

Leilão: propostas serão reveladas na próxima terça

As propostas do leilão serão reveladas na próxima terça-feira (18) e só então será iniciada a sessão pública de lances para os lotes em que a concorrência foi mais acirrada, conforme as regras do leilão.

Vale saber que os produtos apreendidos abrangem, atualmente, seis unidades da Receita Federal:

  • Cascavel;
  • Curitiba;
  • Foz do Iguaçu;
  • Itapoá;
  • Joinville;
  • Maringá.

Pessoas físicas que quiserem participar do certame têm um limite na quantidade de lotes para os quais podem apresentar proposta.

De acordo com as informações da Receita Federal, o valor do lance vencedor deverá ser pago integralmente até o primeiro dia útil, depois da data de adjudicação.

Outra possibilidade disponível no momento é o pagamento do percentual de 20% do valor do lance até o primeiro dia útil subsequente à data de adjudicação, como forma de sinal.

O restante do pagamento, de 80% do valor do lance, deve ser pago no prazo de oito dias seguidos, contados da data da adjudicação.

Confira os limites dos lotes:

  • Até 02 lotes do total de lotes do tipo “veículo”;
  • Até 02 lote do total de lote do tipo “videogame”;
  • Até 02 lotes do total de lotes do tipo “relógio/parte”;
  • Até 01 lote do total de lotes do tipo “moto aquática”;
  • Até 01 lote do total de lotes do tipo “embarcação”.

Como funciona o leilão?

Os interessados em adquirir as mercadorias disponibilizadas nos leilões on-line da Receita Federal podem acessar o site do órgão, clicando aqui, e procurar pelo link “Leilão”.

Nessa sessão, o participante pode conferir quais são os editais abertos e os procedimentos necessários para participar.

É importante saber que o leilão da Receita Federal é composto de até duas etapas:

Na primeira, às cegas, os interessados apresentam suas propostas e já são considerados vencedores os maiores lances, caso não haja outros lances iguais ou superiores a 90% da maior oferta.

Se houver lances próximos ao valor, todos os que se enquadrem nessa condição estarão classificados para a segunda etapa, onde puderam aumentar suas propostas e vencer o certame.

Essa sessão pública está prevista para acontecer dia 18 de maio (terça-feira).

Como se dar bem em leilões

Para participar de um leilão on-line, é importante seguir algumas regras básicas, como cadastro e habilitação no site do leiloeiro.

É muito importante que o participante conheça as regras de funcionamento e as exigências relacionadas ao pagamento, que, normalmente, estão disponíveis no próprio site em que o leilão será realizado.

Veja algumas dicas para se dar bem neste evento!

Leia o edital: as informações para o leilão são disponibilizadas com antecedência no site do organizador. Tire um tempo para ler sobre os lotes, datas de início e encerramento do leilão, além de outros dados.

Estude o valor dos bens: no edital você terá uma descrição detalhada do item que pretende arrematar. Essa informação valiosa pode te ajudar a identificar o valor real das mercadorias.

Tenha um valor limite em mente: na hora de fazer a análise, não deixe de considerar os custos extras, como a comissão do leiloeiro.

Foque no lote do seu interesse: quanto mais pessoas envolvidas na disputa, maior será o valor final do item. Por isso, uma estratégia é focar nas negociações menos concorridas.
