Com lances mínimos entre R$ 10 e 800 reais para sucatas e R$ 150 e 20 mil para veículos conservados; a Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF) no Paraná, realiza o terceiro leilão “on-line” de veículos de 2022, classificados como conservados (recuperáveis), sucata aproveitável com motor aproveitável e sucata aproveitável com motor inservível, retidos, abandonados, removidos ou recolhidos a qualquer título, que se encontrem há mais de 60 dias nos pátios das Unidades Operacionais vinculadas à PRF na região de Londrina (PR) e Ponta Grossa (PR).
A sessão pública será realizada em 16 de abril (sábado) de 2022
Dentre os 260 veículos ofertados, 135 são conservados (aqueles que não têm relação alguma com sua conservação visual e aparência estética de sua lataria e demais equipamentos, podendo retornar a circular em via pública, após o pagamento das respectivas taxas e recolocados em circulação após revisão técnica exigida pelo órgão de trânsito) e 125 são considerados como sucata (aqueles que estão impedidos de circulação em vias públicas e se destinam exclusivamente ao desmonte e ao reaproveitamento de suas peças), sendo que as sucatas só podem ser adquiridas por pessoas jurídicas previamente cadastradas.
Os lotes mais caros do leilão são um VW Gol ano 2010 com lace mínimo de R$ 20 mil, um GM Omega ano 1995 com lance mínimo de R$ 7 mil e um VW Jetta ano 2015 com lance mínimo de R$ 6 mil. Todos esses veículos são conservados, isto é, após sua regularização, podem voltar a circular.
Conforme o artigo 328 do Código de Trânsito, o veículo recolhido que não vier a ser reclamado por seu proprietário dentro de um prazo de dois meses pode ser avaliado e levado a leilão.
