O Departamento Estadual de Trânsito (Detran-RO) vai realizar nos dias 4 e 5 de abril, leilão eletrônico, para a venda de veículos conservados, na regional de Porto Velho, conforme Edital de Leilão Público N° 083/2022/DETRAN-RO.
Podem participar do leilão pessoas físicas e jurídicas, maiores de 18 anos ou emancipadas, previamente cadastradas junto ao Detran Rondônia, no site oficial https://leilaoonline.detran.ro.gov.br/. Após o cadastro, no final da inscrição o arrematante deve enviar os seguintes documentos:
- Pessoa Física:
a) original digitalizada ou fotografia colorida do documento de identidade ou Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) com foto e
b) comprovante ou declaração de endereço. - Pessoa Jurídica – Original digitalizada ou fotografia colorida do Cadastro Nacional de Pessoa Jurídica (CNPJ), Registro Geral (RG) ou CNH com foto do representante legal.
O envio dos documentos deverá ser realizado por Upload, em formato imagem (JPG, BMP, PNG).
De acordo com o diretor-geral do Detran, Paulo Higo Ferreira, a confirmação da homologação do cadastro será informada na própria tela do login ou no endereço de e-mail utilizado para o cadastro. “A efetivação do cadastro e a sua homologação são requisitos obrigatórios para a participação do leilão na forma on-line’.
O leilão será realizado nos dias e horários, conforme cronograma abaixo:

No ato da visitação, que acontecerá no período de 21 de março a 1º de abril, o participante deve apresentar documento pessoal original com foto e o comprovante de cadastro de arrematante, quando lhe será franqueado o acesso aos lotes. Para fins de comprovação do cadastro de arrematante será aceito o print da tela/espelho obtido no site https://leilaoonline.detran.ro.gov.br/Arrematante/Cadastro.
“Para visitação prévia dos veículos, é indispensável o uso de máscara”, lembra o diretor-geral do Detran.
Os veículos que serão leiloados encontram-se nos pátios da Coordenadoria Metropolitana de Trânsito (Cometran), nos endereços abaixo, devendo ser previamente agendada a visitação:

Preocupado com o crescente número de golpes praticados por pessoas que se passam por funcionários da autarquia utilizando redes sociais, a gerente de Leilões (Gerlei), Eva Oliveira, orienta a população que utilizem o Manual de procedimento para o cadastro de arrematantes. “Assim, os usuários poderão participar de forma segura dos leilões”.
Ela lembra ainda que nenhum servidor da autarquia está autorizado a facilitar, mediar, comprar ou vender veículos leiloados. “Até mesmo a participação de servidores do Detran no leilão está vedada”, finalizou.
