COM ASSESSORIAS – Sessenta e um veículos inservíveis apreendidos em Araucária terão o destino correto (reciclagem) por meio de um convênio entre a Prefeitura (Trânsito) e o Detran-PR. O leilão (tipo maior lance) ocorrerá no dia 25 de outubro, às 9 horas, e envolve um total de 103 lotes de diferentes cidades do estado. Informações sobre os lotes e outros detalhes importantes estão disponíveis nos sites www.detran.pr.gov.br ou www.lancejusto.com.br . Os interessados podem examinar as sucatas onde elas se encontram depositadas. No caso de Araucária, o material está dividido em 10 lotes e estão na rua Dr. Vitor do Amaral, 1313, Centro. A visita deve ser agendada via (41) 3905-6805.
Segundo o edital, poderão participar do leilão as “pessoas jurídicas que comprovem o registro da empresa no ramo de desmontagem de veículo, perante o órgão executivo de trânsito do Estado ou do Distrito Federal em que atuam, conforme previsto na Lei Federal nº 12.977/2014 e Resolução nº 611/2016 – CONTRAN”. Os inservíveis arrematados em leilão estão proibidos de circular em via pública. O arrematante é responsável pela utilização e destino final das sucatas. Em caso de descumprimento do que está previsto no edital, poderá responder civil e criminalmente.
